Qiki App User Guide

App Login 1

 

1 – To Log into Qiki POS App press on the “Qiki-PointofSale” app on your tablet device.

2 – Press “Sign In” & enter your venue Username & Password

 

 

3 – Press “Sign In”

App Active TabOnce you have logged in you will see the “Active Tab” which shows all orders that are currently active. 

Here you will see all orders that have not been finalised as either delivered to table, collected by customer, delivered to customer or cancelled.

To see more information on an order, change order status, reprint dockets or issue a refund press on that order.

Here you will see all incoming orders for the order type your venue has not selected the setting to automatically accept order for.

When you see an alert here you will need to manually press on each order in this tab to view the order details and either accept or decline the order.

Accepted orders will print all relevant dockets to each section setup and move to the “Active” tab.

Declined orders will cancel the incoming order, notify the customer that your venue has not accepted the order and then move the order straight into the “History” tab.
