Qiki $2,000 Holiday Credit Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Qiki $2,000 Holiday Credit Giveaway conducted during the Foodservice Australia 2025 expo.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Qiki Pty Ltd (ABN 58 164 622 806), located at 5 Hoddle Street, Collingwood VIC 3066.

2. Eligibility

To enter, participants must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be a resident of Australia
  • Visit the Qiki stand at the Foodservice Australia 2025 expo between 18–20 May 2025
  • Provide their full name, business name, position in the business, and valid contact details to Qiki staff
  • Not be an existing Qiki merchant
  • Submit only one entry per ABN

3. Entry Period

The promotional period runs from 18 May 2025 to 20 May 2025 during the Foodservice Australia expo. Entries must be received during expo hours.

4. How to Enter

Eligible individuals must speak to a Qiki staff member during the expo and submit their full business contact information. Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.

5. Prize Details

  • One (1) winner will receive a $2,000 travel credit to be used with a nominated Australian travel booking platform (e.g. Qantas Hotels, Luxury Escapes, or Webjet)
  • No actual holiday is booked by Qiki. The prize is a travel credit only and must be used directly with the travel provider
  • The credit must be redeemed within 12 months of issue and is subject to the provider’s terms, conditions, and availability
  • The credit is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable
  • Prize excludes travel insurance, flights, accommodation extras, and incidental expenses

6. Draw and Notification

The prize draw will take place at Qiki’s head office on 31 May 2025. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and notified via phone and email within 3 business days. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days, Qiki may redraw.

7. Privacy

By entering, participants consent to Qiki collecting and using their details for promotional and marketing purposes. Qiki handles all personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. View our Privacy Policy.

8. General

  • Only one entry per ABN is permitted
  • Qiki reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify incomplete or ineligible submissions
  • Qiki may cancel, suspend or amend the promotion at its discretion
  • This promotion is a trade promotion lottery conducted in Victoria and does not require a permit
  • The promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by Qantas, Webjet, Luxury Escapes, or any other travel company
